Speedy Wok - Washington

My wife and I have been regular customers at this restaurant since we moved here from Florida. However, on this particular day, we experienced a mix-up with our order. Despite ordering house fried rice, we received lo mein noodles instead. When we asked for a correction or refund, the restaurant insisted we pay for the order again. After refusing to do so, we were asked to leave. We called the police, but unfortunately, they informed us it was a civil matter. We will be taking this issue to court tomorrow in hopes of finding justice. We are disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of resolution from the restaurant. As a result, we will not be dining there again. We are currently searching for house fried rice recipes online instead. We urge the restaurant to review their policies on refunds and customer service. We will see them in court.

I've ate here twice and both times my order was messed up , told girl what I wanted and got opposite , they really need someone who can understand English alittle better , but all in all good

The food is delicious like always! The lady at the desk is very sweet and she knows everyone who walks in through the doors. The prices are good and they have a lot of options. Of all the times I have ordered from there, they have never ever got an order wrong. They always repeat your order so you can confirm it is right.

I love this Chinese restaurant for its quick service, delicious food, and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and I always end up with plenty of leftovers. It's definitely become my go-to spot for Chinese food.

I have been a fan of their food for a while now. The staff is always very friendly whenever I visit the restaurant.
