Put an order online, get there and offered... 10 more minutes, not even started. Stay away from this place
Location is terrible, very little parking..... Customer service is very bad, the food area is chaotic. The staff came out of the back room, after waiting for over 5 minutes, did not even wash his hands; until I said something. And yet they take the balls....... touch the toaster, the bin where the bread is, and even the counter clean with the same gloves they want to touch, prepare your sandwich.?????? My tuna sandwich, the same I get all the time, a/f all, I eat subway regularly every week.... didn't even taste right. The bread was hard, veg, either too soft or looked brownish as if it was old......... it just didn't taste gd, extreme bland, very tasteless, lack of freshness taste. Too many other subways, I will choose another to go for the next time....
I was wondering how much a cost, I'm getting a price. In the end, they add a dollar without asking me. Now I'm fine with things that cost extra, but reveal that it costs more. I just had so much money and a random guy from the back comes out and treats the check-out, but suddenly it costs more. Open the next time.
Great quick experience on a Friday afternoon! Sub was made perfectly and I didn?t have any issues! I?ll definitely be returning to this location! Way better than the one further down Connecticut by American University Law.
