Subway - Washington

The server was appalling. I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but now with two out of the three hired servers being rude and lacking enthusiasm, I am reluctant to come back.

This was the best underground dining experience I have ever had. I visited this subway at different locations 3 to 4 times, and each time the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and empty, which was a plus during the pandemic.

After ordering three 3-foot long sandwiches, the app stated that no coupon was necessary, but I was unable to redeem the free 3rd sandwich. The app clearly states the promotion is buy 2, get 1 free. The staff were unhelpful and seemed more interested in keeping the extra sandwich for themselves. Additionally, the phone line was constantly busy.

Always have great experiences hear just need not to hire people if they cant speak English until they learn. Staff members putting everything on my sandwich I didn't ask for cause she didnt under stand English. Smh
