Feedback gevenWe’d ordered from them a dozen times and loved it. Weeks ago my boyfriend ordered through Door Dash, got the confirmation, and the app kept saying it was in progress. Then Grazie Grazie sends you to its own separate delivery tracking service. Then the food (8 sandwiches, not a cheap order) never arrives and the restaurant closes for the night. Never got food and tried for weeks to get in touch with the restaurant. Try their phone and you’ll immediately be told voicemail is full, goidbye. For weeks. And not able to reach anyone via social media. Loved the food, but don’t trust the business anymore.
Clean, fast, and friendly. The food was well portioned and made to order and delicious. I would definitely come back to try again.
Great cheap spot amongst very expensive restaurant options, the sandwiches were delicious and the risoto ball were delightul, the staff was friendly and the place was not too crowded.The warf is expensive, this place is great for a cheaper meal!Vegetarian options: Various vegetarian options!
I ordered delivery directly from Grazie Grazie using their website several weeks ago. The food was never delivered, and there is no way to track the order or get updates. Since then, I have tried to contact them many times. They do not answer their phone number (voicemail box is full). They do not respond to the contact form on their website. The email address listed on their social media returns as undeliverable. They have not responded to direct messages on instagram. My credit card was charged for an order I never received, and there is actually no way to contact anyone who represents Grazie Grazie. I would strongly recommend not ordering from them, because if you have any kind of issue, you are completely out of luck.
This place is in the tourist destination, The Wharf. So, parking is an overpriced nightmare. And this place isn’t much better. You can only order at kiosks which seemed to take forever due to indecisive customers trying to figure out what they want. Then, one of the kiosks wasn’t working properly, so that was adding to the confusion. We had to wipe our table down because it had not been properly cleaned. When we got our food I was pretty excited because the sandwiches looked great. Unfortunately they weren’t that great. All thee of us felt disappointed that our sandwich wasn’t very flavorful. Same could be said about the waffle fries. They looked good but were bland and flavorless. I will say that the sandwiches and order of fries are big and could probably be split between two people unless they are REALLY hungry. Our bill for three sandwiches, two fries and three waters was $70; $10.50 of which was just for the waters. Not a good deal at all. I do not recommend this place or The Wharf.
