Feedback gevenAs I said down to eat the atmosphere, it was great. The waitress took my order. She kept on getting things confused I wanted a piña colada virgin.After the third time of her, asking me, what kind of vodka I wanted I said no alcoholI ordered the chicken and beef fajitasWith extra tortillasQueso, cheese dip, and jalapeño cream cheeseAre the fajitas were chard and burntI mentioned this to My waitressShe said we have a new cook in thereI said it’s still chard and burnt no flavorShe said you’re gonna have to excuse our New cook.I barely got one fajita down I sat there for 30 minutes. No replacement of my burnt food.She then came over and placed my ticket on the table she asked can I get you anything else?I would have assumed because the food was burntI would get a replacement plate well that did not happenI asked for a to go box for just the queso and chipsShe brought me out a cup to goI sent the full plate back to the kitchenWith all the extra tortillasI figured she would wonder why there was so much food left overAnd also I took was the quesoAs I am at the counter paying for my dinnerShe’s then replied again I am so sorry we have a new cookMy bill was $56.84And the only thing I enjoyed what is a piña colada and queso dipWhen I left, I went to Carl’s juniorAnd got a burgerI guess when you tell them that their food is bad there is no replacement, and they expect you to eat it and have compassion for a new cookAt the tune of customers expenseI wrote on the receipt and circled my fajitas and I said not happy and leftBecause I was not getting a manager either
We admitted we went to the new place. The road, the new Mexican restaurant. And will not make that same mistake twice. We went back to Our favorite Mexican restaurant,Hacienda we tried another place because It started to lack the appeal in food and how it tasted than it did before. At one, we went back just the other day.On Wednesday, the food was fabulous. We will never, ever go anywhere else. You can tell it was all fresh and yummy and it looked beautiful. The other place doesn't even have sauce on their burritos or anything. Beautiful, beautiful, wonderful food.To whoever was cooking. Thank you, no one's excellent. Do not let that guy go.
Bad food. Managers dont care. Cooks dont care. Will give you food posing. Speaking from personal experience. No refund.
Carnitas (only on Tuesday) are amazing. They also make their own pickled jalapenos which slap.
Lunch with two friends yesterday.Server, a young man, was very quick and polite. My Queen Tostada tasted quite good, but the beef I ordered in it was almost the consistency of soup.It soaked quickly through the crisp fried tortilla “bowl” and was not wonderful after that. Why make a salad with hot beef? Please use it cold and drained and everyone will be happy.
