I spent more than $30 for a pound of brisket yesterday, and it tasted like a dried-out pot roast. It was so dry that I could barely swallow it without barbecue sauce. I reached out to the owner to express my disappointment with the food, but he completely ignored my message. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the brisket here; he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.

The owner is so nice and the brisket is by far the best I have ever had! Any relatives that come up from out of town I automatically take them here. They have All loved it as well.

Working my way though the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Amazing food and service!!

The brisket here is incredibly delicious. As a Texan who has cooked my own brisket, I can confidently say that this sandwich is among the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it!
