Northshore Ale House Grill - Wasilla

I really love to eat here, but I wish the restaurant would consider the sensory needs of sensitive people that I did not expect to pay a bright screen when I opened the reception owner. I am very sensitive to bright screens and so was one of the friends I ask them to do a fallen and warn patrons about them. I have autism and bright screens.

Everett's will definitely be our go-to restaurant from now on. My partner and I visited for dinner and decided that watching the sunset on the lake would be a spectacular way to celebrate. The hostess welcomed us warmly and promptly found us a table. Our drinks were delicious and arrived quickly. The seafood we ordered was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience with excellent food and drinks.

Although the service was slow due to the restaurant being very busy, the atmosphere was beautiful. I miss the old ambiance it used to have, as it was a great summer destination where people would start their day, enjoy a meal, and make a whole day of it.

I want to give this place more stars, but some, what a terrible experience. they have a beautiful location and a lot of potential, but terrible terrible management. I have made a babysitter and a reservation for my jubilee dinner. When we came there, we were asked to wait for what we did for 40 minutes. reservations mean nothing here. I finally wondered if we could at least sit on the bar to have a drink. drink lasted 20 minutes. finally a table, no server showed for another 15 min. the server rarely came to our table and the drinks we ordered were sitting on the bar for 20 minutes before I finally got up and got it myself. on the way I called the number at the door to share my experience, he asked about my information and said he would give me a gift card, never heard of him. everything in all it was a frustrating experience, they don't go here unless they have a lot of time to sit around and wait.

The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, however, the service was lacking because the staff seemed to be focused on a corporate event party. Despite making reservations, we were not seated until 30 minutes later, which defeated the purpose of booking a table in advance. Moreover, the staff failed to offer us any drinks while they served water to guests who arrived after us. After waiting for 45 minutes without any service, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. Although we were understanding of the situation, the lack of attention and service was disappointing, especially since we were there to celebrate. In the past, I have had a great experience at this restaurant, but this time was simply not up to par.
