Feedback gevenMy wife and I have been loyal customers of Perkup since we moved here three years ago. We always order the Lotus with no ice. However, this week we noticed a decline in their service. We ordered a 24 oz Lotus, but it was filled to only 20 oz. They explained that they couldn’t fill it more because there was no ice and didn’t want to open another can. We really enjoy Perkup, but this situation is unacceptable. A 24 oz drink should be a full 24 oz, regardless of whether it’s served with ice or not. I paid for a drink, not for ice. Unfortunately, if this continues, we may have to stop going to Perkup.
The food served here was cold. I ordered a stuffed pretzel, and it was cold in the center. In contrast, The Perk Up in Anchorage serves their food hot.
Emily Jordan is consistently impressive. We really enjoy this location, particularly since the building upgrade. The service is quick, and we always feel well taken care of.
Excellent customer service. Emily always goes above and beyond for her customers. She has my drink ready before I even get to the window, and always greets me with a smile. You can tell she cares a lot about all of her customers. I truly believe she provides best customer service in the valley. I go out of my way on my morning commute to get coffee here now.
They always have my order ready and the wait time is minimal also they have excellent burritos.
