Subway Sandwiches Salads - Wasilla

We waited in line for twenty minutes while one employee on the line made one sandwich as slowly as possible while two other employees hid in the back writing on stickers. There was another person in line in front of us and no one was in a hurry to help. We left without ordering and won’t be coming back. Good thing there are other Subway’s to choose from.

Y'all are great in person, but your online service needs attention. You're the best and I love you but dang is that far off the mark. You also tried to send us out the door with the wrong order, someone else's sandwiches and cookies.

The young man who also works at taco bell served us tonight! He was beyond amazing and helpful even though he was busy and was out of a lot of products. He also held his composure after a rude customer accosted him because he told her he was closed for restock! Lady said obscenities and flipped him off. He didn't let her get to him and kept his awesome customer service attitude! Forgot to get his name but thankful for you and your service! Subway should be happy to have this young man!!!! Thanks again!

Pittman store...If I could give 0 stars I would! Multiple times now I have witnessed employees leaving the bathroom not washing their hands and going right to work. I just saw a girl come out of the bathroom wiping her face off after she puked in the toilet and didn't flush or wash her hands.. she went right back to work.. all she did was put gloves on...she did not wash her hands at all! I will never eat Subway again!!!
