Hello! I found this place to be quite good. I ordered a small cotton candy with cream, and it was enjoyable. However, I had a better experience at Maggie’s in Cloudcroft, NM. That one was superior, but I still think this place was worth the money.

This is a fantastic spot to beat the summer heat! The staff is always friendly, and the wait time is surprisingly short, even when it's busy. The ice is incredibly finely shaved, making for a delightful texture that feels great on the palate. It's the perfect place to indulge in a sweet treat, perfect for a 10 o'clock snack!

Amazing and quick service! The staff is super friendly and the snow cones here are great! Some of the softest ice ever. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Shiver Shack snocones in Watauga have been my go-to since way back in my high school days in the 90's. Whenever I go back to that area I always got to hit up Shiver Shack. My favorites are Half blue coconut half banana and of course Rainbow. They have tons of fla or to choose from and a good sugar free selection as well. Nice people amd amazing snocones!
