Sorry to do this because I know it's not great for the restaurant, but unfortunately I went here with high expectations because of the previous reviews and I was disappointed. I could not eat the ramen I bought because I was given the wrong order when I went to pick it up (they gave me a chicken ramen and I am vegetarian). Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Washu is a great sushi restaurant in Watchung, NJ. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the omakase, which is a tasting menu of chef's choice sushi. The restaurant has a modern and upscale atmosphere, with a focus on fresh seafood. The menu features a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes. Their side salad comes with ginger dressing which is the best. I've been to Washu several times, and I've always had a great experience. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend Washu to anyone looking for a great sushi experience in Watchung, NJ. Btw they only do take outs.
