Feedback gevenCustomer service is terrible. I shouldn't feel threatened if I spend my money from an employee. I was orally misused and antagonized, followed thru from the business only because I wanted to get a less article before checkout. A simple argument could have been avoided. I just ask an employee where the article was, and I would go to the register. Instead, she approaches me aggressively demanding that I look immediately. I said politely, I need an article and I'm going. Then she blocked my car so I moved while my child was watching. She was smart enough to see what happened. She takes up the situation. The store manager came and apologized for her behavior, which is good to do. If I leave the same employee, she'll have to tell me I'm going the wrong way while other employees are there. I asked if she implied her ID number that she has no. Never in my life have I ever felt like a total criminal to earn my hard money. These bjs must teach employees how to deal with customers. It's not what you say, how it's followed by a sound. Not only was she disastrous to me, but I was told that I wasn't the only customer for the day. These boys will never see my money, nor my family and friends will spend money there. Admitted there are some employees who are very nice and helpful
Great staff and always a good shopping experience. Deli employees are competent, fast and always ready to please.

They do not have the selection of Costco but they have a great deli counter that is affordable. I have been satisfied with my purchases.
Tire department, friendly staff, and good customer service. Their lifetime tire balancing, tire rotation, and flat repair could not be beat.
