Dunkin' - Waterbury

The place is very clean but. I order a big hot latte and a regular coffee. I couldn't come back to get what I asked.

This location in Waterbury is fantastic and my favorite place to visit. The service is incredibly fast and efficient—there's no waiting at all!

This DD is by far the worst DD I've ever been to. I've been to this establishment about 4 times within the last month every time has been a failure. Customer service is awful. For example, when I walked inside, the cashier was on her way out so she said someone will be right with me. I stood there for about 5 minutes while the employees looked and ignored my presence as they continued on with their day until I walked out.The second time was a similar experience until I verbally asked for assistance and was greeted by an annoyed teenager.Aside from poor customer service, my coffee was poorly made, EVERYTIME. The coffee was either old, cold, or unflavored.I given this establishment multiple chances, as I know fast-food can get hectic but no. Its inexcusable and I'd advise everyone to keep driving down the road to McDonald's or something.

Coffee is always nasty. no matter what kind I order. ALWAYS DISGUSTING. these people must not clean the coffee machines, cuz it's far worse than simply old burned coffee.
