Edgewood Pizza - Waterbury

I've never tried the pizza here, but I used to deliver newspapers in this area a long time ago when it was called The Outside Inn. The young lady at the counter didn't seem to know much, but aside from that, it's a decent place, conveniently located right off Hamilton Avenue.

The pizza is undoubtedly the best I've ever had in Waterbury. The customer service is exceptional, and the delivery driver I encountered went above and beyond any delivery driver I've ever met. I can barely walk at the moment, and he ensured that I was safely inside and okay before he left. He truly deserves recognition for the amazing and caring service he provided.

This was my first time ordering from you, and I have to say the food was delicious and delivered hot! It was fantastic! My 5-year-old and I will definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been to! The staff were rude, and the place was dirty inside. They almost took my $54 without providing the items I wanted. When I tried to cancel my order because they were out of some items, they lied and claimed they had everything—twice! If you're thinking of ordering through Grubhub, don’t. They set it up so their own company handles the orders and deliveries, which means when you try to dispute an issue, Grubhub sends you back to the restaurant! I can’t stress this enough: DO NOT order from here! It's the worst dining experience in Waterbury. A friend warned me to stay away, and I regret not listening.
