Santopietro Deli - Waterbury

I have heard lots of good things about this deli for years. Looks to be under new management. My experience was fantastic! Cavetelli! Broccoli and sausage was phenomenal. Grinders were very tasty also. This place is a great place to go to!

Really nice local business with DELICIOUS sandwiches and other deli foods! Our sandwiches were loaded with yum and they have a wonderful selection of toppings, meats, and cheeses. For our bread we had the roll (the smaller option of the two sizes), and it was absolutely delicious

I went here for lunch about last week and usually lots of restaurants don’t have burger with Mac and cheese on the menu so I made a special request for it and they delivered it. Omg this burger was damn good and huge as well I was amazed. The new owner is great looks like he’s always there and he is the cook and he’s so nice. Totally worth it

There is no place I 'd rather get a deli sandwich than Santopietro 's. Anyone who says there 's a better sandwich can fight me. Also, they have really great hot food cooked daily and 'party potatoes ' were popular enough to become a daily menu item. They also make homemade rice pudding that I can 't leave without. I literally can 't recommend this place enough.

Definitely could give that roast beef grinder i had earlier 6 stars. It was probably the best grinder i ever had. Can't believe i only ate here twice. Now I'm outta state it's going to be a long time. I was only going to eat half because it was very big. I couldn't resist and aint everything. By the time i decided to take a pic it was gone
