Unprofessional never answer their phones.. Told me they’re hiring but never call u and u call no answer. Simply just ignoring your calls.. Don’t waist your time in Waterbury, seem like they don’t like hiring nobody. Goes outside of Waterbury, and have transportation. Take forever in drive through to get your order.. Very slow..

Not a big wendys. Soda machines need a serious deep cleaning. many work, but not work. eating was okay, but with others wendys better. not sure if I would return to this particular place.

Very rude drive thru woman collecting cash.The manager that handed me my food obviously can't read nor count...All the wrong sauce... not enough nuggets in either container...

These innocences are pretty good, they sometimes make mistakes, but everyone does for cheap grilled chicken sandwiches I come here, honey heat huh is tasty, but needs mayo salat n tomaten, the classic huh was good pommes were fresh take the survey on the back of the acknowledgement that I get my free chicken sandwiches
