A couple a months ago I promised myself not to buy here again.... Well Friday I just had too... I do like my KFC and was not going to go to far.. I got a bucket for my family and we where all pleasantly surprised they definitely upped there game. Well done KFC Waterfall your chicken was absolutely amazing . Went in to place an order, no one was willing to help me at the counter so had to use the self service. The staff helped other customers at the tills, they got their orders before I did. No one seemed interested in taking my money when their systems said my order was ready. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never go there again. Service was absolute trash. The service I got today was apoling. Ordered 3 meals on one invoice and was asked to change my order. As they no longer have the dunken burger box meal and then change from coke to diet coke as they had no coke. Then shockingly they asked me to park in the front of the shop and made me wait 20mins. Just to add to my annoyance I was the only customer there at 3pm.
