Tim Hortons - Waterford

I visited the restaurant to pick someone up, but I also took a look around inside and drove through their driveway. The staff was very efficient and polite.

I was on a bike trail from Brantford and decided to stop in for a snack and coffee!

Consistently, the Waterford Tim Hortons delivers exceptional service and top-notch quality!

It would be generous to say this Tim Hortons has got its act together. At least 60% of the time they don't have chili or cheese croissants. I don't even know why they have it on the menu. They're constantly screwing up the order, but by the time you realize it, you're already down the road. WHY have items on the menu when two-thirds of the time they don't have it. And that's at breakfast and lunch times. The last time I was driving away with chili and realized they didn't put the croissant in the bag, so when I walked back to the drive-thru she simply says we don't have any. No offer to give my money back or offer a replacement, just a blank look on her face. Come on guys, learn how to run a business or give it up to somebody else who can. The worst Hortons of all the one's I've been to. I'm tired of being ripped off by these guys and I'll never go back again!!!

Super long drive-thru line. But also busy in the store. I understand everyone's having trouble getting staff. Had to give the order to the staff twice. Our Bagels were cold and not cut in half.
