Harley's Bistro - Waterford

This cafe/bistro is stunning, with a fantastic menu offering a variety of delicious options. The staff are lovely and very polite. I highly recommend this place.

I went to Harleys for the first time and I can say it definitely won't be my last! The food was fabulous; I had the garlic mushroom appetizer and the chicken wings for starters, they were to die for! The staff was friendly, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was beautifully laid out. I will definitely be returning!
