Lighthouse Bar Restaurant - Waterford

Last night, the Dunmore East RNLI Fundraising Committee held our Christmas night at this restaurant. The food was beyond fantastic - the presentation, quality, and service were all amazing. Joe and his staff went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you're looking for delicious food in a beautiful setting with great views, this is the place for you. Thank you to everyone at the Lighthouse for a wonderful evening.

Today was our first visit to this restaurant and we will definitely return. The food was excellent, the scenery was breathtaking, and the staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend this place. It's a hidden gem in Dunmore East.

We were delighted with food and location but waitress was very unwelcoming and said we had an hour before the restaurant was booked unless we wanted to sit outside. We sat outside, we had to pay up front and we asked for water with our food , she said she would bring it out but didn't. We had food given to us in boxes and no cutlery . Never asked if everything was ok , such a shame it could have been fab and there was only tow couples actually sitting inside at the time . So we didn't order desert or tea coffee , felt we were an inconvenience. Views were amazing and location is just perfect.

We had dinner with 3 children here on a break to dunmore east. The food is fabulous and service excellent. They have made social distancing very easy with layout. Will definitely stop here when in the area again.

I had the pleasure of very fine dining overlooking the beautiful Estuary in Dunmore East. As it is a fishing village I had to go for the 'Fish and Chips '. The Cod had a very light crispy coating and the fish was cooked to perfection, lovely salad and home fries. My guest had chicken fillet burger, beautifully dressed spicy crispy fillet with brioche. For the price the quality is outstanding!
