The Crazy Vegetable - Waterford

Streetfood right in the center of waterford city with some options offer tempo, sincean or falafel as main filling. Eat is delicious! I would give it 5 stars if they provided all the options on their menu, they had just opened for lunch and they were from a few things on the menu.

Burger was bland and the vegan cheese didn’t know who it wanted to be. I’ll be trying again tho. I can see an effort being made and I’m sure you’ll improve.

Really nice food and really sound guys working there. Definitely recommend!

How lucky is Waterford to have this amazing vegan food truck on their doorstep, everything is handmade fresh, nothing processed, just whole foods made delicious and flavoursome, try their polenta fries and burger and homemade bean to bar chocolate for desert, can't wait to go back !

This is a stall in the Phoenix Yard market on O'Connell Street, doing takeaway food. This was our first time here when it was open (only weekends unfortunately). My partner and I both had the Sizzling Seitan Schwarma. It was a wonderful experience. Marinated seitan with salad, hummus and chili sauce in a flatbread. Rich and savoury flavours. Will definitely come again. Great to have a place in Waterford that is completely vegan.
