Culver’s - Waterford Township

Had not visited Culver's in many months. Were enticed by Culver's coupons in my weekly mail flyer. Party of two, both selected the coupon deal of $1.00 off double butter burger with fries and drink. Price for two,including coupon discount, was exactly $17.89. As per procedure, ordered meals, proceeded to drink machine (many choices, Root Beer selected, found a table for two (it was clean, as was the seating area), went back to the counter for avaiable napkins, straws and ketchup (very good condiment), placed our tag (with our meal number) on the table and waited for our food. Appeared that they were short staffed as the waitress (friendly, professional, smiling) who eventually brought us our meals was the same person we had been watching delivering meals outside to drive through customers. The wait was significant enough that we both commented on it and had time to get (free) refills of our drinks. Meal is where the experience fell apart. The fries were great (as always), the burgers, not as expected. The burgers were flat and dry with very little taste. The buns were also dry and fell apart while we tried to eat the burgers. There is much competiton for better burgers. Culver's has fallen off one of our places to go,Parking: Large lot, handicapped parking available

Seems like there is always a lot of staff and no one takes out the garbage. Can someone hourly wipe down tables. Go here quite often and never have seen a staff do either. Garbage always over full and nasty tables. Great food but no where clean to sit...

Very very rude manger at this location!!! We had a fairly big order for about 70 dollars. They forgot something. We did an online order so after asking the cashier a question and she was rude. When we got home we called there and talked to the manger and she basically told us it was our fault for not checking the bags to make sure we had all our stuff. She also said it’s not there job to make sure all the stuff is in the bag. But at the end of the day we won’t be going back to this place again and we use to go here atleast one time a week!!!! I don’t recommend this location to anyone if u can avoid going here I would at all cost!!!!! Very poor leadership at this place!!!!!!!

Great food. Great staff. Great service!We'll be going back.
