The dishes here actually have pieces of meat in them, rather than just being covered in oily sauce. The naan is made fresh and is a great size. We left satisfied.
The food at this restaurant was lukewarm after a 10-minute drive and not very tasty. The naan was well-cooked but unevenly heated, resulting in some burnt spots. I am concerned that the food in the buffet area may have been sitting out for too long. Additionally, the buffet containers appeared to be simply topped off with more curries instead of being replaced. The restaurant did not seem to be maintaining the proper temperature for their food. On a positive note, I did enjoy the mango lassi. Overall, I have some reservations about their procedures.
The food was not hot, in fact, it was luke warm after a 10 min. drive. It wasn't very tasty either. However, the Naan was done while we were waiting and very hot still when we go home but unfortunately each one was burnt in several places.I am concerned that the food is kept for too long in the danger zone instead at over 60+ degrees. Also, I saw the buffet containers simply being topped up with more curries instead of the trays being replaced. The window didn't feel hot, just warm. All in all, I am concerned about correct procedures. I did like the Mango Lassi though.
Oh my goodness, absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious with unique and traditional flavors. The staff were attentive and wonderful to be around.
