Kfc - Waterford

The chicken I had yesterday was just like it used to be several years ago! It was fantastic! I can't explain the difference in quality from now compared to previous years, but yesterday's meal reminded me of the Colonel Sanders Original Recipe chicken! I hope they continue to maintain this standard!

We ordered the nashville hot and we did. not even close to the advertising.

Order through the app for Quick Pick-Up, grab off the shelf just inside the doors, check order for accuracy in your vehicle, and off you go! It's so easy, and our most recent meals were delicious.

The food we recieved was disgusting. The biscuits were hard as rocks, look at the pic of a knife sticking out of the biscuit, the green beans looked like they were scraped off something and the corn was hard and looked like it had been mixed with old corn. I did call and they said they would refund the dinner after speaking to a manager and then someone who told me she was the general manager. I asked for a corporate number of which she told me there wasn't one. I had actually already found one just wanted to see what they would say. I will collect on that refund. By the way after trying to eat some of this my wife and myself were very sick the next day with what we believe was good poisoning.

Staff was great. Food was ok. Ordered a tender, it was very small and only had breading on one side. This was annoying because I had to pay an upcharge to get a single Nashville hot tender.Biscuits were not fresh, nor warm.Passible fast food.Again the staff was great.
