Wooly Patisserie - Waterloo

Modern and nice Coffee shop a lot of sympathy ! Very good Pastéis. But a lot of nice Portuguese products

Nice little find in Waterloo. Good coffee, hot chocolate and the best Pastel de Nata we have tried. Not only a cafe/patisserie but they also sell things like olive oils, wine, tins of sardines (and other fish) and other Portuguese speciality products.

The place is nice, the service too. They have a very nice product selection from Portugal and the pasteis de nata are YUMMY!!!! For sure the best in Belgium!

The pasteis were good but the rest of the dessets were simply ghastly, especially for Brussels and especially for the price. The chocolate cookie tasted of absolutely nothing, the chocolate cake looked and tasted like something you make with a supermarket mix, and the cupcake was simply offensive. The mind boggles how a place like this can stay in business, with so many better patisseries around.

Sweets are great and pastries de nata very good. The business is expanding into other things too which are overpriced. Not a smart business concept in my view. They should focus on what they do best (pastries)
