Feedback gevenThe hours on google said seven, so my fiancé and I came at five fifteen. We didn’t notice the sign on the door that said they close at 5:30. Our drinks were both made incorrectly and when we had to ask for them to be remade TWICE the girls behind the counter were very rude. We sat down to have our drinks and instead of telling us that they were closed they proceeded to LOUDLY talk crudely about us as they worked. Saying things like “who comes in at close and just sits there??” WHEN WE DIDNT KNOW. They could have just asked us to leave and we would have, but instead they didn’t say anything until five minutes after they closed and we had to unlock the door and let ourselves out. Very childlike behavior. We love Caribou so so much, but this is just so so disappointing that they would hire people who behave like this towards others. We are usually very kind, I wasn’t angry or demanding when having our drinks remade, and I even apologized. But treating us like we are lesser beings for not being aware of the closing time (taped very small on the front door) is not acceptable. Just ask us to leave.
Both lady’s were amazing! I got my food drink speedy fast! I come here everyday am always happy leaving! Thanks for all you guys do!!

We’ve been regular customers here for 9 years. In the last year, the service and drink quality has tanked. In just the last 2 months I’ve received the wrong drink, completely unmixed drinks, been overcharged (I asked for a receipt), caffeinated when I asked for decaf, and hot when I’ve asked for iced. The service is not good, and the baristas all seem disgruntled. I’ve been a barista, so I know it when I see it. They won’t or don’t ask about Caribou points here either. I will not waste money here again.
Young lady that works around 5-7 most evenings during the weekday is incredibly rude. Always on her phone, takes at least a minute for her to acknowledge you as a customer. When she does she 's snotty and short as if you 're a burden. Shes told me everytime besides once that their kitchen is closed for any type of food, no matter the time of day. Today she told me they don 't do shots of espresso in blended drinks. ????? That 's all I get from Caribou.. specifically this location. A blended drink with extra shot or two. Then tried to argue with me about putting extra shots in the iced version. There 's already three shots in the drink so that goes for the blended version as well as the iced, right? She didn 't have a smart comeback to that, just a sneer. She also lightly tossed my card back at me, which skipped across the counter. She brings the whole vibe down in the store and it seems her attitude affects the peers around her. Some people aren 't meant for customer service which is okay and absolutely understandable, let 's all be honest , she should at the very least be put in the back to be rude all by herself. Her disposition makes me not want to go back to this location ever, which sucks because it 's right up the street from my home and this has been my go to spot for coffee before going to work 3rd. Overall would not recommend this location due to service, at least for the time being.
