Del Lago Resort Event Tent - Waterloo

It was a cold rainy day. they had portable heating. if not the brunch should have been canceled. some of the foods had difficulty staying hot. Thank you.

Had a reservation for 2:45 for the mother day brunch. it was shown for the time and said I had to wait up to half an hour to get a table. the buffet was packed, there was a line only to get to the buffet. terrible and even terrible service. drove almost an hour to drive there. Never!

I've been mixing emotions. the food was good, but it was very cold. I know that the restaurant cannot control the weather, but if they plan a tent event in the upstate ny in the mai, they plan bad weather. my mother could not enjoy her eating because her hands were fryed. I found myself standing up and walking around to stay warm. there were heating, but there seemed only one was blasphemy. for the money I wished was more laborious to make sure that the tent was warm. Also the walk from the tent to the hotel was not completely covered. there were gaps that brought my family to wet when entering and leaving the rain. Unfortunately this happened several times as it was necessary to leave the tent to use the toilet room and to accompany my younger children into the toilet room. getting wet from the rain and getting into a cold tent did not make for the great experience I expected. I expected that del lago to go the extra mile to make sure that there were the guests were dry, warm and comfortable

I myself, man, son, daughter son in law were very excited, a little luck game they enjoy the buffet to do. it was good, but not almost as good as the regular buffet that they can get at the casino daily, about $13 more expensive. there was no suppening, no Chinese hibachi no prime rib! my man was very disappointed about the desserts in the inner are much better. the muddles were served cold, without melted butter. we will not return. for the price on a mothers day buffet we expected a bit more. something disappointed

Tent was cold. Food was cold. Some of the entrees we're frequently lacking replenishment.
