Mrs. Fields - Waterloo

I absolutely love Mrs. Fields cookies! Recently, I visited their store and was pleased to see that it was very clean, from the counter to the overall atmosphere. The cookies are incredibly delicious, especially their chocolate chip and peanut butter varieties—they’re true classics! It’s a great spot for a quick snack and is family-friendly too. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional; every time I inquired about their cookie jars or the selection behind the counter, the staff kindly read me the menu. We don’t visit very often, but whenever we head that way, it’s a must to stop by. The trip wouldn’t feel complete without treating ourselves to something from there. The prices are generally reasonable, but like many places, there are some items that are just extraordinary.

This is a fantastic shopping destination. The stores are conveniently located within walking distance of each other, and there are ample shaded outdoor seating areas nicely spaced among them. The food court is quite manageable in terms of crowds, even on a Saturday.

Shop until you drop! I certainly did, while my wife explored every store. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s conveniently close to the casino, so I recommend dropping her off first. Just a heads up—restrooms are limited in this area. Also, be cautious as there are two Calvin Klein locations!

As always, there are great deals to be found, but it's not as good when the Canadian dollar is so low. You have to be careful; for example, I noticed one item was priced at $7.99 at the Bass store, while the same product at a store just three locations away was only $3.99. That doesn't seem fair. The worst part is that I usually buy most of my items at Bass, especially from Al Marenger in Russell, Ontario.
