New China Buffet - Waterloo

UGH! Stay away! This place is dirty, it needs a good cleaning! Unbeknownst to me before we ate there, they've had previous serious health dept violations in the past. I wound up with food poisoning the next day almost exactly 12 hrs later! The entire day and half inti the next day I was stricken with acute attacks of abdominal pain and diarrhea. I called the Health Dept and reported after I found out another lady in our group also got sick the same way!

This is my favorite place to go in Waterloo. The people are friendly, fast and caring. They refill your drinks always and make sure the food is hot. The selection is wide and full of variety. My favorite is the coconut shrimp. My only complaint is that the ice cream bin could be improved. Sometimes freezer burnt and often the flavors are mixed. Extremely reasonable for the price they give. Recommend for your next Chinese food fix.

This is typical Chinese buffet food. It is good, but it isn't gourmet. No sushi. It is a small family run restaurant. We bring our family here frequently and always leave satisfied. The buffet is a decent size, but the take out menu is large. The food is always good! And the prices are reasonable!!!

Since Happy Family closed in Seneca falls, we have been coming here for our Chinese food fix (when we don't get Main Moon takeout). The food here is actually pretty good. During the daytime they have very good pot stickers, a cabbage dish that is not bad and, unlike Ling-Ling in Geneva, they offer a variety of meat dishes, not just chicken. The evening menu is heavy on fish and seafood and minus the pot-stickers and cabbage dish. Since we don't eat any seafood from a steam table, we mainly go here for lunch.
