Feedback gevenTotally messed up our entire order. We ordered Uber eats and they forgot 1 drink, messed up the other drink and gave us the wrong wings. The sides were all messed up and we never even got our mac and cheese. The only thing that was right was the sandwich we ordered. Everything else was either wrong or just completely missing. I am really disappointed.
Food was good, were told we had to wait on fresh popcorn shrimp and fries after finishing the rest of our meal, we had to go ask for our 2 items that were done and never brought out to us. Overall was a good experience.
I placed my order online at 3:47 pm and for me to pick up at 4:20pm. I’m at work to pick up my food after already doing 8hrs of work without lunch and needing to do another 3hrs before my shift is over with. I walk in there’s already chaos going on with other costumers orders. I asked if my order was ready and none of them even knew an online order was placed. I couldn’t wait and upset I asked for my refund to be told I couldn’t receive my refund due to it being placed by mobile app. I had to walk out of there with no food and no money, because unlike them I have a job to do. I called one of the managers from Texas to complain and he assured me I would receive my refund and coupons for their unacceptable service. I seen no refund and called corporate support to now have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money. DO NOT ORDER OLINE AT POPEYES!
I know 100% that I had a review posted of this Popeyes before. This is my local Popeyes. I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for 2 years. I like their fried chicken. Coming in to order is a cultural experience. I’d recommend for sanity’s sake if you are ordering food whatever time you think you’ll wait add at least another 15 minutes on top. And they might not be verbally rude. But the looks, the silence, the body language is loud! This Popeyes is a case study of how not to do customer service
