Chicken bacon ranch on Italian bread the bread was tough to chew, didn't seem very fresh.it was okay

Lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Asked for cold cut combo and only got ham. Will not be back.

I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Typically, I arrive and have to wait a bit, but this time when I got there, they had only just started making my order. I ended up waiting 20 minutes without any updates. Additionally, the sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted weren't even roasted.

The toaster oven was broken on October 12, 2021, and I didn't realize it until I took a bite of my cold sub. I was very disappointed with my experience. I wish I had been informed about this issue before placing my lunch order.
