A&W Restaurant - Waterloo

Ordered from the drive thru but they made me park and wait, which I don't mind. But they forgot my drinks and chipotle mayo with my fries when they brought my order and I didn't notice till halfway home.

The food was overly salty and service could have been more friendly when serving.

The food is decent, but the service is lackluster. The dining room feels dim and cave-like even on a sunny day, and the outdoor seating area appears poorly maintained.

We’ve come here a couple times and we always have an issue getting our drinks, the food is a hit or miss, but today specifically it wasn’t hot. service is fine, not good not bad.

We usually go through drive-throughs, but the day we went, we had a bit of extra time, so we decided to eat inside the store.The food was awesome; there were no complaints, but in regards to the cleanliness, I would give it a zero star. The tables were dirty; there were no napkins. There was a stack of trays that had garbage, food, and glasses stacked up. The table we sat at was not wiped down (same with the rest of the available tables). We had to request a cloth, and someone did come from behind the counter to wipe down the table.
