Considering that it's mall food, the quality is decent and you get a good portion for the price. However, I would not recommend the smoothies as they tasted bland.
I paid almost $10 for my sandwich, and it was made with cheap grocery store whole wheat bread. The filling was nothing special either, just mediocre. In the past, Cultures used to serve a Spinach salad with trail mix and avocado dressing, along with delicious smoothies. I am surprised that they are still in business now.
There is a great selection of healthy food options at this restaurant. I appreciate the numerous choices available for vegetarians. I particularly enjoy the mix and match options for salads and drinks.
We had a comb turkey, apple and brie on a roasted ciabatta, a water, and contained two salads. Fresh, crispy and tasty great value with courtesy staff in a shopping center all for $10.72
I've tried the Pan Asian (small salmon fillet, cucumber, edamame, mandarin orange, tomatoes, and Asian sesame dressing) and Southwest (Chicken breast, cheddar, avocado, corn, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and Chipotle dressing) culture bowls. For mall food it is decent and for the price it gives you a decent amount of food. Do not recommend the smoothies... they taste watered down
