Guac Mexi Grill - Waterloo

I ordered two sets of three soft tacos through Door Dash and instead of receiving tacos, we were given two burritos with unknown fillings. Additionally, we did not receive a receipt detailing what our order should have been.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the customer service is excellent. Davam, the staff member I usually see when I visit, is always friendly, attentive, and efficient. He makes the best burritos!

First of all, the food at this restaurant is excellent. I know it's a fast food chain, so they are probably all similar in quality. Secondly, the customer service here is outstanding. Parth and Devam are their top employees - very friendly and helpful.

I went there to pick up an order for uber eats.Girl working there was so unprofessional with me and blaming that i will spoil their order as i was on bicycle. She didn’t give me order and made me wait there for 10 minutes even i cancelled the order.I will never go here again.
