Jack's Family - Waterloo

Had two excellent breakfasts here! Lots of choice on the menu, generous portions, and food was delicious. Best part was the service: both times the servers were pleasant and attentive. Food came quickly, even though we were 7 people. Would come back!

After a hot day shopping at the Market we decided we wanted a sit down meal. Not a walk/shop and eat meal. This is located conveniently with in walking distance across the street. It was very busy that day and there was a wait list. There was a slight mess up, as they didnt come outside to call for us. I did go in and question what was going on, and with that they quickly seated us. Once seated we were promptly looked after and brought our drinks, which we greatly needed as it was a hot summer day. We all ordered a variety of wraps with greek/garden salads. Although the wraps were good, they were messy. There just seemed to be too much sauce on each of them. This a busy place, but we found the food just average. Our server was great, she didnt miss a beat. She even brought us extra napkins. Maybe we will try something different next time.

Literally the best and most massive taco salad ever for an incredible price. I wake up some days specifically craving this salad. Servers are always nice and although the wait is long on weekends (which it should be because this place is so good! it’s so worth it. Also do an awesome brunch and they will never leave your coffee mug empty. One of my favourite restaurants ever! Can’t recommend it enough.
