Pizza Heaven uit Waterloo Menukaart

We wanted to try a new pizza place and Pizza Heaven's 'unlimited toppings' were appealing. We ordered the special with two pizzas and 25 wings, garlic bread, pop and dipping sauce, then ordered an extra pizza for our picky eater. We started with the allowed 3 meat toppings and loaded 5 more veggie options. We ordered one with chicken (counted as 2 toppings) and veggies, and a Canadian pizza; and asked for extra cheese on all of them. We asked for half honey garlic and half BBQ wings and cheese on our garlic bread (extra charge). We were pumped....and quickly disappointed.Although they offer free delivery, I went to pick up my order, and was charged an additional fee to pay by credit card. This is not indicated anywhere so I was surprised but not prepared with $50 cash on hand. So I paid the extra fee and went home to dig into my loaded pizzas.When we opened the boxes, we all stared at the almost naked pizzas. There were so few toppings, we couldn't even tell which pizza was which, they all looked the same! The toppings were so sparse, there were sections of the pizza with just sauce and crust. Wow what an incredible disappointment!!! I've had more overall toppings on a 3 item pizza than I had on my loaded 8 topping pizzas. Even the Canadian pizza was very sparse and the toppings hard to identify because they were so small almost minced. On the up side, the crust was well cooked.The wings were terrible. They were red and tasted of a tandoori type of spice. Unfortunately the BBQ and honey garlic were indistinguishable, they looked and tasted identical, although they were packaged separately and marked as HG & BBQ. We didn't even eat these they were not good, nobody liked them. The cheese I paid for on the garlic bread was so sparse, we couldn't tell if there was actually any cheese on it. Overall, the food was not good, the toppings were so few and undistinguishable, and everything tasted the same. We will NOT be ordering from here again.

I got my pizza 2.5 hours after the order time, someone took a bite out of a slice and placed it back in the box. The pizza was ice cold and frankly not good at all (had another pizza luckily) People visit the Facebook page for this pizza place and read the reviews before you order from here. Also the taters were only a quarter to half order if that.

We decided to eat in at the hotel so looked for a recommendation for pizza. Pizza Heaven was named and we were given a menu to order from. They had some great pricing, for example, for $18.99 you could get 2 small pizzas, each with up to six single toppings, 4 cans of Coke products delivered in about 30 minutes. The pizza was very good and I would certainly order there again.
