Tim Hortons - Waterloo

Donuts are fresh and variety of flavors you can see them in the display case that's fantastic because in other tim Hortons donuts are not good

Lacking employees and speed. Cowansville is double the speed. Lack of management

Tim Hortons in Waterloo was a total disaster. I arrived at 7:34 pm on a Saturday and found out the place was closed. There was no service at all. I would rate this experience a zero.

The experience at Tim Hortons in Waterloo was disappointing. It took us 45 minutes to get our coffee in the drive-thru, which was not enjoyable. The only positive aspect was the excellent service provided by Melissa Derby.

I recently visited one of the best Tim Hortons locations I've ever seen. The service was quick and friendly, the drive-thru only took under 5 minutes even with a line of cars. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious.
