Feedback gevenThis restaurant can be quite inconsistent. At times, my order is spot on, while other times it falls short. It seems to depend on who's working that day. For instance, the ice cream can occasionally lack enough milk, or it might be just right. Similarly, when I order a bagel with extra cream cheese, I often find that I need to specify that extra to get a decent amount; otherwise, there’s hardly any cream cheese on the bagel at all.
I had a decent experience at the restaurant. I ordered a bagel with butter, but it only came with a tiny amount of butter on it. When I asked for half butter on my next order, the bagel and the wrap were slathered in butter. That was quite frustrating. On the positive side, the service was good, and the customers were served quickly. Overall, there’s a lot of potential here.
It seems that since COVID-19, the dining room is no longer a priority for them. It feels almost as if it doesn't matter to them at all. It's consistently dirty, and the ordering system for food also seems to be a secondary concern. It's worth noting that this isn't just specific to this Tim Hortons; I've observed the same issues at other locations as well!
This Tim Horton's has the slowest service I have ever seen in my life. Be prepared to wait an eternity in the drive thru, or even inside. The simplest orders take way too long. Management should really be more on top of things.
I find they work hard to get it right and they respect the customer, communicating well when not acompletely new employee. I order here regularly for delivery as well. They always welcome a phone call for questions.
