The customer service is great, each person is friendly and carry's on conversations. We've started visiting them daily. The power teas are delicious and they have so many flavor options. I feel that I get more energy from them than I do coffee and I feel great after drinking it. We highly recommend balanced nutrition
Shake was good but girl at front didn’t seem happy about being there. Fruity pebbles was good but tart. I want to see some smiles for the price I’m paying. My friend owns a shake shop so I just make the trip when I’m in the area to hers.
Always have n Amazing experience there , they are always so friendly ! great place to go!
My mom and I were out just shopping around and we came across this place. The welcome we got before we even got to the door was amazing and the customer service is the best ever. I tried the strawberry cheesecake protein shake and omg it was sooo yummy. Just by telling the owner what I do at home she could pick up real fast on what I'd love. I can't wait to go back and try more.
Tl;dr: Was very disappointed to learn that this company is associated with Herbalife, a predatory multi-level marketing scheme. They actively hide this information. Do not support this business. The employees are pushy for you to sign in on their tablet, which involves gathering your address and email. Why is this relevant? Because this company does not advertise that they are associated with Herbalife, a known Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) scheme. MLMs have people sell their products for a small commission, but the real money is made by roping others in as you get a cut of their sales. This is also otherwise known as a PYRAMID SCHEME. It is a scam, and multiple MLM companies have faced legal repercussions for this practice. By signing up, this business will pass your personal information to Herbalife, which at best means that you will get constant advertisements. At worst, you may be contacted by a consultant to attempt to rope you in on the scheme! It may not even be you that they try to contact: it could be your wife, child, friend, or someone close to you. By providing them your information, you 've made it easy for Herbalife to scour your social media in search of opportunities ; promising easy work and a be-your-own-boss mentality. But Herbalife has destroyed friendships, lives, and families by preying on vulnerable people during hard financial times, and have gotten a bad public reputation for it as a result. Perhaps this is why Herbalife is never mentioned in the marketing materials for the store. Which is scummy behavior, in my opinion. This seems all over-dramatic, but one google search on Herbalife will show you that this is just the long-winded warning of someone who 's seen this company ruin lives. Comedian John Oliver featured MLMs on one of his specials, and goes into detail about Herbalife 's deceptive marketing practices and disastrous effects; search for it on YouTube. I would recommend not supporting this business, purely on a moral and ethical level. The teas are good, sweet, and cheap, but it makes you wonder how many people are being swindled to make the teas so affordable. Support a business that doesn 't attempt to scam their own customers. And to the business: sever all ties with Herbalife and I 'll delete this review. Until then, you deserve to be named and shamed.
