Lotus - Watertown

This is a good place to try! We had the shrimp dumplings, which were delicious, and house special pho. We had our 2-year-old with us, and the server was super accommodating and kind (even gave him a toy to play with). Glad we found a place to get decent pho!

I celebrated my birthday with lunch at Lotus today, and it was a wonderful experience! The Pho was fantastic—one small bowl is more than enough to satisfy a person. They provide fresh ingredients like Thai basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeño peppers at the table, allowing you to customize your bowl of tasty noodles and meat. Our waitress was delightful, too. I definitely plan to return!

This restaurant remains one of my all-time favorites in the area! I’ve been visiting since it opened in PC Plaza, and even with the new ownership, it’s just as wonderful as ever. I’ve never had a negative experience here. The waitstaff is incredibly polite and friendly, which enhances the overall experience every time I visit. Always a five-star rating from me!

The food here is incredible! I visited for the first time on Monday with my aunt, and I can confidently say it has become my new favorite restaurant. Our waitress was fantastic; she really helped us decide what to order. The prices are reasonable, and you get generous portions. This lovely Southeast Asian-inspired restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service is quick and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The pho was delicious, and they even had cartoons playing for the kids, adding to the family-friendly vibe.
