I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon, but I received one with regular sauce instead. When I called to speak with the manager about the mix-up, he argued with me rather than offering a solution. He mentioned that he received different information from one of his employees than what I had ordered. I tried to explain that I had been disconnected and had to place my order again, providing my payment information a second time. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues like this. I won't be ordering from Watertown Pizza Ranch again! Service: 1 star.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. The buffet was consistently well-stocked, even during the busy Saturday lunchtime. The fried chicken was always crispy and juicy.
