Feedback gevenI love dominos, but tonight I placed an order for a Sandwich and pasta. I placed the order at 10:09pm, and I am sitting here at 12:56pm, almost three hours later with no food. I have called twice, the first time being an hour ago and I was told it would beabout 45 minutes longer due to being short staffed, I ordered delivery but offered to pickup but it would?ve been difficult forthem to refund. The workers are trying their best, but they seriously need to hire more staff or treat their employees goodenough for them to want to continue employment long enough for them to be able to offer a functional delivery system.
Several times I have ordered online but it's never ready at the scheduled time. Today it's 40 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. In the past, it's been 1 to 2 hours! If the time can't be corrected online, I wish they would just accept phoneorders. I rarely order anymore because this has turned into a regular occurrence. Sincerely.....still waiting for pizza
Poor customer service. We waited 45 minutes for two pizzas after having an expected wait time of 30 minutes. We arrived at the store to find out that the pizzas were just going into the oven and it would be an additional 8-10 minutes. When I asked if their was any discount or anything for the long wait and missing their pickup time by so much, I was told by the manager “no” and that I could complain online. So here I am.
Don’t bother with these guys. Ordered from them twice. First time took them over an hour to deliver and the food was cold. Tonight called in an order and after two hours no food but they managed to charge my card in minutes for the food! Called back two hours later and spoke to manager (polite but apathetic) cancelled order and asked for my money back. Was told it would take at least 24 48 hours to get my money back it only took them two minutes over the phone for them to get my card and take my money but I need to wait days for them to give it back. So here I am, no food, and writing this review over 3 hours wasted with these people. Oh by the way they are like 1 mile away from my delivery location. Could have walked there and back in that time if I didn’t have a paralyzed left foot (hence the delivery request).
Sierra has been terrible customer service. The customer service with both EMPLOYEE SIERRA AND CONNOR is TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THEY HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS EVEN WHEN YOU ARE BEING UNDERSTANDING AND CIVIL. SIERRA IS LUCKY I CHANGED MY WAYS BUT SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. All I wanted was ranch to come with my order, I asked her to make sure it’s included in my order and she insisted I ask when I got there. I have someone else picking it up and she hung up on me three times. I called three times and was hung up on. Terrible workers with ZERO customer service skills. I spoke with another person and he talked to me and made me feel much better and tried to correct the issue but it was too late due to the fact she hung up on me a 4th time when I tried calling one last time. Sierra and Connor is not a person who should be representing this coming. I have had major issues for a whole year with dominos employees. I have had it and this is my review. I will be speaking with the owner Monday.
