Dunkin' - Waterville

I encountered a very rude girl at the window with pink hair. She didn't ask if I was finished ordering; as soon as I ordered my first drink, she interrupted me and told me to come to the window. It was clear she wasn’t paying attention after my first drink because the other two were completely incorrect. The only thing she got right was the flavor. Everything else was wrong—the size, the creamer, and the milk. I would rate her service a 1 out of 10.

The young woman manning the drive-thru window on weekday mornings around 7 AM is absolutely amazing. Each time I visit (which is about 3-4 times a week), she is consistently sweet, offers great recommendations, and always goes the extra mile. I've never received an incorrect order from her, and she truly deserves a raise for her kindness—there aren't many Dunkin' employees like her!

I ordered two bagels—one with butter and one with cream cheese—but instead received two plain bagels accompanied by two sides of cream cheese. When I asked the guy in the black shirt if I could get butter on one of the bagels, he just walked away without responding. It really seemed like the manager's rude behavior was affecting her team, as they all seemed to be in a bad mood. There's another Dunkin’ just a mile away, and I’ll definitely be going there from now on. That manager needs a long break and some training on how to treat both her employees and customers, because her stress was palpable throughout the whole place, and I wasn't the only one noticing it. If you can’t handle working in the service industry, maybe it’s time to reconsider your career.

This is by far the best Dunkin' Donuts in Waterville, as well as in Winslow and Oakland. The service is incredibly friendly, and they usually have a great selection of donuts available.

They make my coffee always as I want it to be made winslow to have a really bad problem with it, plus the winslow dunkin donuts waited is absolutely ridiculous not good. but this dunkin donuts versus the post has great laborers
