If I could not give stars to this bad park, I would!!! The water sucks, the manager is not a drama star spreads all the shops! You take your money and tear you very inappropriate and unprofessional! ABSLUTELY DISGUST they went through divorce and it was all about trying to select the people pages. Would recommend NIE.

Managers put on a good show until you sign a lease, then they treat you like dirt. Rules only apply to the residents that aren't kissing their arse. If you can afford something else go for it, save yourself the agony of being harassed by these wannabe slumlords.

Awesome park, awesome owners and managers. Always felt safe when I lived here with my kids. Bus stop comes straight to the entrance of the park which is a plus! Quiet, clean, calm community. Moved out and realized it was a mistake, now hoping they have another house open so I can move back in! Calling Monday! : loved this park. Only down side is hard watervliet water. Great place to live.

At first, seemed sketchy, but after living here for 4 years and getting to somewhat know ppl, managers etc, Its not too bad and its fairly cheap. Its a trailer park tho so privacy is hard to come by. Otherwise not too bad at all sometimes it's great like a normal neighborhood.
