Feedback gevenI received a friendly welcome at Starbucks while I was visiting Watford with a film crew. I greatly appreciated having a nearby Starbucks to fulfill my caffeine needs. Josh and the team were always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work! - Lucy
I went to have a business meeting at Starbucks, Watford shopping centre yesterday. I received a very bad customer service from staff, particularly from lady Alexis. After my drink was served I asked for a receipt whereas I had to document my business meeting. Alexis refused to give me the receipt by saying that I should have asked for receipt before ordering. I asked her to reprint the receipt and she refused to do so. Instead, she collected old receipts laying on the table and threw them away in front of me which I took as giving me an attitude. I have never come across such rudeness from staff just because a customer asks for receipt. I never got my receipt which is even illegal I reckon. Besides terrible staff, the place was untidy and they used only paper cups for coffee which is neither classy nor environment-friendly. I would expect much better customer service and quality of the place for the prices they charge. I would rather avoid Starbucks in future.
I came across a TikTok video featuring a Santa Claus frappe at this restaurant, so I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, they didn't have it since the video was American. However, a man at the register offered to make it for me if I showed him a picture. The drink turned out just like the photo and it was the best beverage I've ever had from this place.
I enjoyed the coffee here and I liked the service I received here, Well done Katy Ewa Sarah and Sophie, it was very fast and nice from you!!! I recommend this place, nice and clean it’s ideal for relaxing with your friends
Although this is a quieter starbucks in the shopping centre, I would not recommend a visit. I was shouted at abruptly because I asked for another straw my children wanted to share a drink and he had refused his colleague from splitting a drink (they are 9 years old). He said you don 't need a straw, you can drink from your cup! I said it isn 't for me, but I am the customer requesting a straw please. He continued to shout until I said Are you ok? You seem really unhelpful today. I wouldn 't bother coming in here if you 're having a nice day, he has the attitude to make anyone feel upset and frustrated and like they are a problem for requesting a straw !
