Express Cafe Catering - Watsonville

Went and visited these guys at Laguna Seca this past weekend and had the pulled pork quesadilla with a chipotle mayonnaise and a delicious salsa for all your dipping needs. It was pure bliss to my taste buds and anyone who wants to visit these guys ask for the pulled pork quesadilla and you won't be disappointed. I even had to shake the hand of the creator, I think it was Todd, but I ordered one and had to go back for another. They were at the Monterey County Fair and I had the BEST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD from these caterers velvety tender pork that tasted like smoked heaven in between a really tasty chewy roll. It was garnished with some great coleslaw, but when I went to give my compliments to the chef he had me taste some of the ungarnished meat, and it was SO GOOD. This is why they invented the Guide Michelin, to let people know of eateries that are worth a drive it is totally worth a trip to Watsonville. Bon appetit!
