Feedback gevenI have visited this restaurant multiple times and although the service is always friendly, I am constantly let down. During my latest visit, every machine was low on product, resulting in half-melted yogurt or no product at all. When my husband mentioned this to the cashier, she unapologetically explained that they were cleaning the machines and needed to run them low. It seems like the customer is being punished for expecting product at a frozen yogurt place on a Thursday evening. Additionally, a third of the flavors offered were actually ice cream, not yogurt, or they had multiple vanilla options but little variety in other flavors. It might be time for some new management strategies at this location.
The restaurant is always clean and the employees are friendly. However, I had to give a low rating because they no longer allow paying customers to use their restroom. During a recent visit with a large party, we needed to wash our hands but were refused access to the restroom despite purchasing a lot of yogurt.
As soon as we entered the restaurant, the cashier handed us our cups. She wore gloves the entire time, but did not change them even when handling money, dispensing paper cups for yogurt, and serving toppings for frozen yogurt. It would be better if they had two staff members on duty - one for handling money and one for serving customers. The cashier seemed more concerned about protecting herself than ensuring the safety of the customers.
