Dunkin' - Wauchula

Five people working there. Five. And not one person would speak to us. You have to order with the kiosk, then they make your food/coffee, and they acted like it was such a huge inconvenience to have to actually do their job, to make two cups of coffee. And they couldn 't even do that right. We ordered two cups of coffee, one cream and sugar and one sugar only. They brought us two cups of black coffee. We told them that 's not what we ordered, they took the cups back, then brought us back one cup with cream, and you guessed it, another black coffee. Had to do it again to get the other cup right. And no apologies, not even a have a nice day or a I hope you choke on your coffee . Nothing but an attitude. Worst Dunkins we 've ever gone in, and if that 's typical of this location it won 't be there long.

Big attitude problem.Had to repeat the coffee order 4 times.

They don’t pay attention to if you want something toasted or not. Every bagel i get is burnt and hard. The hash-browns used to be crispier, they are pretty soft and soggy. The drinks are perfect 4/5times.

Nice and clean restaurant and good costumer service

Store looks great. Seems newly updated. Nice seating outside and umbrellas. There’s also a swing if you want to sit on the swing and enjoy your drink. Everything looks clean and tidy.
