Domino's Pizza - Wauconda

I ordered food and there were mistakes. I called and they were very understanding about it. Talked to Tyler. Gave me a credit. I then Called a week later and ordered some food that was about half my credit. Called again a few days later to redeem the other half. They told me that a credit is the same thing as a coupon, that it 's a 1 time thing. (Never was I told that a credit and a coupon were the same thing). They continued to talk over me. Then put me on hold and never came back. Called again, (I 'm sure they have caller ID) picked up the phone and put me straight on hold. HORRIBLE SERVICE ....took my money and never replaced the whole thing.

I believe it is unreasonable to impose a $5.49 delivery fee.

Pizza never arrived, nothing but excuses and lies, stay away from the wauconda location

This restaurant has great food, a clean establishment, and friendly staff. I recommend coming here instead of Mundelein; the new management has truly transformed this place for the better.

This is literally the worst dominos in the world. They screw up orders, tell you’ll they’ll fix it, then play dumb when you call to redeeem the resolution they “gave” you. Understaffed, poor quality and incredibly poor management and customer service. A star is being gracious.
