Liberty Street Liquors - Wauconda

If you own a store, there are two things that are essential for me: knowing your product and being able to communicate in English. These skills are crucial for good customer service. I will not be returning to this place!

I don't visit this store as often since the previous employee left. Jay was fantastic; he remembered customers and always seemed happy to see them. The new employee is capable, but the store now feels unwelcoming and it's clear that interacting with customers is not his preference. I’ve found myself avoiding the place because I don’t feel like my business is valued. I won't return frequently—maybe once or twice a month at most. Just so you know, I downgraded my original five-star rating to this one. Take a look at the reviews below mine; they reflect the same sentiment.

The prices have skyrocketed! I won't be returning to this place again.

Great spot to get that special bottle of wine, or stock up on craft beer by the bottle.

Love the Staff always friendly and happy an always playing fantastic catchy Indian Music. Always helpful an if they don't have a product they offer to order it for you! I've been going to this liquor store for YEARS! ?????
